Masterclass 'Donor Journeys'

This is an online masterclass.

Donor retention, donor journeys, integrated communications, persona’s and satisfaction surveys… Donor retention is a hot topic these days. Indeed good donor retention is crucial to make your fundraising efforts sustainable. Yet a lot of organisations do not succeed in good donor retention.

So how to do it? What do we need to put in place to make donors stay. Good donor retention is all about a good interaction between fundraising front office and fundraising back office, between creative storytelling and data analytics. We go in-depth on what a donor journey is and how to develop it.

In this online educational session we put all insights on donor retention together and will figure out the next steps you can take in your organisation to strengthen your donor relations.

This training is given by Ilja De Coster, vice president of the Fundraisers Alliance Belgium and senior fundraising consultant. For over 20 years he has been supporting the fundraising of several large and small organizations. He is Director of Donor Relationship Management and Data Strategy at The DonorVoice.
