Jan Rachels is Founding Father of testament.be and senior consultant at Emolife Belgium. He will tell us all about the differences and similarities in approach to get Major Gifts and Legacies.

Edouard Soubry is responsible for special projects & philantropy at Natuurpunt. He will tell us more about a case on a major gift project concerning water recovery.

Arjen van Ketel (NL) is a specialist in legacy campaigns and has over 25 years of experience in fundraising. Since 2001, he has supported over 60 non-profit organizations with research, strategy development and implementation of legacy campaigns. In the process, he has spoken with hundreds of prospective testators. He is part of the Legacy Foresight group and conducts the annual Legacy Monitor, a benchmark research for 19 leading Dutch organisations.  Arjen is an active member of the NLFL fundraising institute and the network of European Non-profit consultants, EU-Consult.

The focus of his presentation is: Legacy Fundraising: Mass marketing or Major Donor approach?

Legacies come from low and high value individuals. This presentation gives insight in numbers, values of high value donors as part of the total legacy market, based on research in the UK and Netherlands. It will also add new insight in psychology of legacy giving and combine those two fields into practical approaches within your organsation.

This conference takes place on thursday 19 september 2019 from 09.00am to 12.30pm. Presentations are being given in Dutch, the powerpoint will be prepared in English.

No-show

Cancellation is free up until 7 days before the event.
Half of the amount will be charged if you cancel between 5 workdays to 2 days before the event.
In case of cancellation on the day of the event or day before the event, the full amount will be charged ( unless you can prove illness).
