    When we segment our donor base we do so often based on historic transaction data or fundraising channel. But is this really relevant for our donors themselves? In his presentation Ilja will share some other ways to segment donors based on what really matters for them. Yet the key goal of donor segmentation is simple: a communication as customised as possible to enhance donor retention.
