Education session 'Strategic Planning for Fundraisers'

This program is intended for fundraisers who determine and control the strategy of their fundraising. Participants preferably have some more experience in fundraising.

We focus on a variety of tools to look into the current fundraising and to find out how it can be optimized. We look at how you can gain as many funds as possible so that your organization can really do what it was created for.

We go through different methods that can help you make the right choices in what we can or can not do in our fundraising. We thus lay the foundation of a strategic plan that can become the guideline for your future fundraising.

This training is given by Ilja De Coster, vice president of the Fundraisers Alliance Belgium and senior fundraising consultant. For 18 years he has been supporting the fundraising of several large and small organizations. He is the Fundraising Data Strategist at Amnesty International and since january 2017 he is Director of Donor Relationship Management and Data Strategy at The DonorVoice.
