Conference 'Data and fundraising'

What will change with the new GDPR-rules in may 2018?

As of 25 May 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation will apply. The objective of this new set of rules is to give citizens back control over their personal data, and to simplify regulatory environment for business. This implies some changes need to be made to your data management and member management.

During this conference we would like to offer you answers to questions like: What changes specifically for my organisation? Which data can I (not) save? Who does what with data within my organisation? What kind of consent do I need from my members? How do I optimize the protection of my data? What if there is a data leak? …

Mr. Willem Debeuckelaere, president of the Belgian Privacy Commission, will talk you through the new GDPR-rules and its implications for your organisation. He will answer questions from the people present (questions can also be sent to fab@2mpact.be in advance).
